I can't get firefox to launch in the sandbox with all the toys i added. It just opens up into the safe mode ?

I can't say why it would open in safe mode, but remember that the sandbox likely contains settings that Firefox uses whenever it runs in the sandbox. The first thing I would do is to make sure the sandbox contents are deleted, and then run Firefox in the sandbox again.

my firefox theme or extensions wont launch in sandbox it just shows up in safemode,and ive emptied ie and it does nothing.

Try this as a test:

Use the Firefox shortcut on your Start menu to start Firefox sandboxed, like this:

Start > All Programs > Mozilla Firefox > then right-click Mozilla Firefox
and choose "Run Sandboxed"

P.S. I assume you installed your theme and add-ons while Firefox was not sandboxed. That would be the best way, unless you just wanted to try them out by installing them while sandboxed. If you install a theme or add-on while Firefox is sandboxed, these additions will be trapped in the sandbox unless you give Sandboxie unrestricted access (through OpenFilePath) to your Firefox profile folder. I still don't know why the safe mode, though - unless the shortcut icon you are using has "-safe-mode" appended to the shortcuts Target field:
Right click on the icon you use to launch the application, go to "Properties", and make sure the "Target" field does not have -safe-mode on the end.

Also, if nothing else helps, I would revert to the default theme and try it.

it was the deleting everything in which made everything launch fine. i had installed windows xp only due to printer driver not being able to run my system,and a minimum 10 gig hd that cant fit wine,a vm, or other printer solutions. Now i wonder if this does what it says i wont need any adware or even a firewall or any other security right ? as long as i stay in the box while im online i should be okay or not ?

As far as other things like a firewall, or anti-spyware or A\V, there are some on this forum that say they no longer use them. For me, I still use them.
If you recover something outside of the sandbox, and later your A/V program is updated it may save you. I advocate keeping them, but don't go overboard and load up on a lot of them. Windows can support only a limited number of security programs running at the same time.
