Hi Tzuk,

I realize you've got a LOT to read/react to each and every workday.

Installed 3.33.9.0 and rebooted.

With no other open programs, I opened IE sandboxed and tried Googling something, to try and duplicate last problem.

No problems that I am aware of.

Used IE sandboxed for a while with no problems.

Rebooted again.

Started IE sandboxed again.

Came here and posted.

No problems that I see, so far.

Thanks, and Merry Christmas (or whatever's your choice),

Hey, I see you're experiencing the same "COM server" error I am... while I thought this was beta 3.33's fault, you listed McAfee's SiteAdvisor as an extension... I'm using it too, and I installed the weird new version (which is now a separate executable and a resident memory process) at about the same time, so perhaps there's the reason after all.

Anyone else started experiencing weird SB crashes after installing McAfee's SA 28?

SBIE 2327 Error in Com server [35/258]
SBIE 2327 Error in Com server [30/258]

Firefox and IE7 crashing on fully updated Vista PC running SB 3.32. I do not user SiteAdvisor. I do use Computer Associates Internet Security Suite minus the site blocking software.

Both programs run fine on XP Pro SP3 with SB 3.32 running Norton corporate edition.

I restored SB 3.30 on the Vista box and the browsers ran normally.

Thanks for your hard work, Tzuk. Your product is a breath of fresh air.

PanamaVet if you're not using SiteAdvisor, then recent 3.33.xx versions should work fine for you.
In fact I would ask you to actually try it to make sure of it while we are still in beta for 3.33.
Otherwise I'd end up releasing 3.34 which would not work well for you and then you would have to stay at 3.30 and everybody loses.

Jimbo, my problem is I can't seem to be able to reproduce these problems, so I don't know yet exactly what needs fixing.

I am having the same problems as others have noted with the SBIE2327 error message.

I have having this problem with version 3.32. I upgraded to 3.34 and it didn't make any difference. I primarily use the latest Firefox but I had the same problem in IE7.

I am now going back to 3.28 and try that.

Although it isn't a terrific solution, try disabling SiteAdvisor.

I'm not presently having any trouble with Version 3.28. If problems begin I will try disabling Site Advisor.

As a side but related note, there is a new, and I believe significant update, to SiteAdvisor which I have now installed.

Well the latest Version of SiteAdvisor 2.9.242 is really a piece of work!

It works fine outside the Sandbox, but inside the Sandbox I get a pop-up asking me to agree to the EULA. After clicking "Agree," another browser window opens and the same pop-up appears again. I click on "Agree" and the process repeats. By declining to agree to the EULA, SiteAdvisor is partially disabled and the browser appears to work fine.

I have deleted Sandboxes and rebooted a few times but it doesn't make any difference.

I should mention that I just installed Comodo 3.0 firewall a couple of days ago, but I don't think that's the problem. I have used Comodo before and it doesn't appear to be the problem.
