The shortcuts in the Sandboxie Start Menu suddenly stopped working. The error message is as follows: I know the programs are still working, because if I click the (explore folder) item instead I can double-click on the shortcut icon in the folder window and it still works. Is there a typo in the run script or something?

I use XP and just created 4 Desktop shortcut items that worked fine (with 3.36.04).
Since the shortcut's Target line is probably the most important part of the shortcut, can you right-click on a non-working shortcut, then choose "Properties", and carefully (without deleting the line, since it will be selected) copy the Target lines from a couple of the shortcuts, and post them here. I did note that some of my shortcuts had a folder listed in the "Start in:" property line, and some did not. It's possible that that could be a problem for some programs.

Also, what version of Windows do you use.

On the last page in that thread tzuk has a solution but for me it kills the ability to use the default create "Sandboxed Web Browser" icon. It does however let me use the icons you can create with Sandboxie.

Guest10:I use XP. There doesn't seem to be a right-click context menu on the Sandboxie Start Menu. Right-clicking on those menu items doesn't do anything. I don't know what you expect me to click on.

By "Sandboxie Start Menu" I mean the menu that pops up in the upper left corner labeled "Sandboxie Start Menu" when you select a sandbox in the "Sandboxie Control" window then click on "Run Sandboxed-> Run From Start Menu".

The menu options there all seem broken that way, whether they're from programs I installed in that sandbox or stuff that was already there, like notepad, it doesn't seem to make a difference. However, if I select "Run Sandboxed-> Run Windows Explorer", then anything I run from the sandboxed Windows Explorer window seems to work fine, even stuff that wouldn't work from the start menu.

balloonshark: I do in fact use Online Armor. The "ClosedIpcPath" lines seem to fix the problem, but only for the box I applied it to. It's strange, it was working before, what changed?

If your asking about what changed in Sbie versions that caused this issue, it's probably due to a fix that tzuk made to speed up the loading of the sandbox for folks that were running Online Armor. I could be wrong though.

If your still having a problem, jump in the thread I linked to and describe what does or doesn't work. The conflict is still being worked on and any input would most likely help.
