I can't get Sandboxie 3.39.12 to work at all on Windows 2000

This is what happens
installed Sandboxie 3.39.12 over the top of 3.39.11
Sandboxie installs seemingly as normal
when go to open Opera or Internet Explorer

Opera or Internet Explorer does not open

then

SBEI 1212 Cannot create directory "Device\HarddiskVolume1\Sandbox\myname\myname"

then application failed to initialize (0xc000010a)

there are some files left in sandbox but they wont delete from tray

on closing Sandboxie from Tray Opera and Internet Explorer still wont open

only on deleting the new warning file "can be deleted" in Sandboxie folder

and re-installing 3.39.11 do I get back to normal again

tried it on another Windows 2000 pc with exactly same result.

ps also got a message after a while of something already running

In other SB forum pages, Sandboxie's apparent inability to run correctly has been due to the presence of a rootkit or other malware - perhaps a scan with some of the latest bug smooshers is in order, just to be sure?...

I have used over 50 versions of Sandboxie on this Windows 2000 system and usually try each as tzuk updates it and this is the first time this has happened. To me it feels like something to do with latest changes in Sandboxie. I regularly check for rootkits etc using anti-rootkit tools such as radix, root repeal, RootkitRevealer etc.
I run Malwarebytes anti malware and Avast manually on any new files downloaded and Winpatrol plus and Admuncher run constantly. I do not see any unusual activity online or otherwise.
Also after extricating myself from the immediate problem experienced in 3.39.12 I was able to re-install (and run) Sandboxie 3.39.11 as normal with no problems.

Same annoyance here with v. 3.39.12.

When trying open a file sandboxed a BSOD comes out; conflit with Spyware Terminator driver "sp_rsdrv2.sys".

I have to admit I'm no longer testing regularly with Windows 2000, although I do try to do that at least once or twice before making an official release. I'll try it now and see what in the recent changes is causing this problem.

SBIE1212 should be resolved in version 3.39.13.

Kind -- I hope 3.39.13 also takes care of the BSOD issue, let me know.

In 3.39.13 problem not resolved for me...changed slightly
no 1212 error
but

3.39.13 does not run Opera sandboxed in Windows 2000
Internet Explorer Opens but no keyscrambler
small yellow triangle in sandbox folder
sandbox does delete this time though from tray

reverted to Sandboxie 3.39.11 for the moment as it runs fine.

v. 3.39.13 working well here. None BSOD.
