If there is a free download for this utility somewhere, and assuming the program doesn't restrict itself to ASUS computers, then I can try to reproduce the problem and identify the necessary settings.

The utility can be downloaded from http://support.asus.com/Download.aspx?SLanguage=en&m=Eee+PC+1015PX&p=20&s=1 Select, (Windows 7 32bit) Utilities, and then CapsHook Utility If you have any problems running it please let me know and I will get the details you need with the Resource Access Monitor.

This is fixed in version 3.65.01 which you can download here:
