Outlook 2010.. Clean install on XP SP3, but keep getting..

SBIE2214 Request to start service 'bits' was denied due to dropped rights
SBIE2219 Request was issued by program SandboxieDcomLaunch.exe [Outlook]
SBIE2220 To permit use of Administrator privileges, please double-click on this message line

- have done several 'first run' of outlook outside the sandbox to just get evrything going ok..
but this keeps poping up whenever I run outlook in the sandbox..

Any help/guidence appreciated..

Did you try double-clicking that message to see what it says?
Are you using a Windows user log in on XP, instead of an administrator log in?
