I installed both software into a test computer but I don't see this problem. Perhaps you have some settings in F-Secure or MalwareBytes that block Sandboxie? Alternatively, it could be causing by something else entirely. I suggest that you post a Resource Access Monitor log. More here:

Good news!

I changed the Fsecure firewall settings from strict to normal ( the only change I had made to the factory settings) and rebooted before using Sandboxie ( normally I don't reboot, but go straight in to use Sandboxie). Version 3.65.02 now works perfectly.

I set the firewall on strict, but still don't see the problem. But I guess we'll have to leave it at that.
