I was so impressed with Sandboxie on my home system that I implemented it at work on our Windows Terminal Server boxes, which support virtually our entire staff. Internet browsing and email retrieval functions were targeted for use in conjunction with Sandboxie. The results have been staggering.

Prior to installing Sandboxie, our traditional AV/malware scanners had been reporting between 200 and 400 malicious incidents per week on the servers. Sandboxie was implemented 4 weeks ago. Subsequently, our traditional scanners have reported a total of only 6 malicious incidents, none of which arrived via any sandboxed processes!

Very Happy Sandboxie is a fantastic concept. It is easy on system resources and rock stable. Sandboxie says "Trust No Program". Well you can trust this one! Very Happy

Dan

For the technically interested: Server OPs; Windows 2000 Terminal Server, Windows 2003 Terminal Server. Neoware Thin Clients. Internet; Firefox (primary), IE (secondary). Email clients; Microsoft Outlook 2003. Sandboxie version 2.86.
